SATTVA YOGA

The word Sattva has many meanings, often considered to relate to balance and purity - or the middle way out of the three Aryurvedic states including Sattvic, Rajastic (excitable) and Tamasic (Lethargic).

The yoga practice is designed to cultivate a dynamic stillness in body and mind, so that the practitioner may live and engage with the world from a space of inspired potential.

The technique involves a merging of the ancient Hatha and Raja yoga traditions, which indicate that through simple and direct practice one can achieve great states of unity - profound awareness.

In plain English: Move, heat body and meditate!

Grace teaches in a casual and relaxed manner, classes are accessible to all bodies, all ages and all abilities. No pre-requisites required.
