Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here,

My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to you. I offer an integrative style of counselling, which means I draw from several therapeutic methods to support you in the way that fits best. Together, we’ll work not just with your thoughts and emotions, but also with your body, your story, and your environment.

In our sessions, you can expect a safe and grounded space to explore what’s going on in your inner world. I often incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), a method that helps you connect with the different “parts” of yourself — the parts that protect, carry pain, or long for healing. This can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself with greater compassion and clarity.

If you're carrying past trauma or overwhelming experiences, we may use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a research-backed therapy that helps the brain and body reprocess difficult memories so they don’t feel as intense or stuck.

I also bring in somatic practices, which means we’ll listen to the wisdom of your body — learning how it holds stress, trauma, and resilience. Sometimes this includes breath, movement, or simply noticing what sensations are present as we talk.

When helpful, I love to incorporate nature therapy, whether that means meeting outdoors, bringing the natural world into our conversations, or finding ways for you to reconnect with a sense of belonging in your environment.

All of this is possible online, as well. Virtual sessions are still personal and powerful — and they allow us to work together from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Most of all, therapy with me is not about fixing you — it’s about helping you come home to yourself.
