The word Sattva means balance and purity. This practice is designed to cultivate a dynamic stillness in body and mind, so that the practitioner may live and engage with the world from a space of inspired potential.
Sattva yoga is the merging of the ancient Hatha and Raja yoga traditions. This simply means we that move our bodies and then we meditate!
