Everyone can develop this capacity to witness their own mind.

You don’t need to be “spiritual” to access these potent tools for peace

Each person may be inclined to a different method or style of meditation suitable to their own needs, certain meditations are not for everyone . Trust yourself in discovering which feels “right” to you. Some meditation look like mindfulness - they may be active (movement), involve music, or mantra. Different styles of meditation have different applications for personal and life circumstances. If you don’t like one, there is another that may “work”.
